Schedule: Varied – Days with rotating call, rotating holidays; covers approximately every 5th weekend; must be within 30‑minute call‑back

How you’ll contribute

A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

• Performs accurate assessments and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides safe, age‑appropriate care during pre‑procedure, intra‑procedure, and recovery phases
• Functions as Circulating RN in the Cath Lab and supports Cardiology Stress Testing
• Administers medications, performs clinical treatments, and documents care thoroughly
• Communicates patient condition clearly to physicians, care teams, patients, and families

What we’re looking for

A compassionate nurse with strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced procedural environment.

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Current RN license in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) required within one week of hire
• ACLS required within six months of hire
• PALS preferred
• Handle With Care preferred
• Ability to complete Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire
• One year of experience preferred (Cath Lab, Critical Care, ED, or Endo experience all considered relevant)

Patient Populations Served: Neonate, Infant, Early Childhood, Late Childhood, Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, Older Adult Protected Health Information Accessed: Demographic, Clinical, Insurance, Financial, Complete Medical Record Exposure: Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens may be present Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, keyboard entry, repetitive hand/arm movements; occasional sitting, squatting, kneeling; rare running or climbing; regular exposure to biological and chemical hazards
