CNA - PACE (West Seattle)

This position will be supporting our West Seattle site.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day shift

Under the direction of the Site Operations Manager, provides support services for Adult Day Health program and as needed clinic. Provides care in support of Participant satisfaction and retention. Assists Participants in such activities as walking, transfers, use of mobility devices, getting to and from restroom, toileting, changing incontinence products, clothing, feeding and recreational tasks during Adult Day Health. May be responsible for preparing Participants for medical exam by clinic PCPS.
