Physical Therapy- Midtown Clinic- Anchorage, Alaska

Schedule- Full Time/ Days / No weekends

Develops, coordinates, and maintains Physical Therapy services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners, and patient/family.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. Or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy Or D.P.T.in Physical Therapy.
• Upon hire: Alaska Physical Therapist License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)
   

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience and credentials in sub-specialty.
