Swedish is seeking applicants for our February 2027 RN Residency. An RN Residency with Swedish will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by preceptors. If you are a recently graduated RN, with less than 12 months of experience, you owe it to yourself to explore this exceptional opportunity. This position starts on February 22, 2027.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License 
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
