- Notes: Candidate must be experienced in CAREPORT, MCG, Interqual, and Allscripts. BSN, PRI and Screen certifications required.
- Facility is looking for candidates with a positive attitude-very important Candidates who are well aware that they'll be working on a unit, could be family medicine, could be stepdown/med/surg, pulmonary. Candidates should have strong Case Manager experience and Utilization review experience is highly preferred. Candidate should be capable of doing discharge planning. Capable of doing referrals to Nursing Homes, Home Care, etc. M-F 8a-4:30p, no wknds and no holidays
