Outpatient Rehab Manager / Outpatient PT,OT,ST Therapies / Full Time

Summary of Performance Expectations.

Plans, coordinates, and directs daily operations of the Outpatient Rehab department ensuring cost effective, efficient, and high quality rehabilitation services.  This position provides leadership, supervision and oversees training of staff to promote professional growth and technical development.  Also, promotes and maintains interdisciplinary relationships to support clinical services and educational opportunities.  Performs clinical care as needed to include evaluation of patients referred for therapy to assess function and identify barriers to successful treatment and discharge.  Develops, communicates, coordinates, implements, monitors and revises treatment plan with goal of maximizing patient’s capabilities.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology. Current NC license. BCLS for healthcare providers or completion of BCLS from the American Heart Association within three months of employment date.

Preferred
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy. Master’s degree in administration or management.

Work Experience:

Required
Three years of clinical practice in treating patients in outpatient setting. Given training and on-the-job experience incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date.
